Tube & Profile: from the frame straight to the tube laser
You design tube and profile parts the way the tube or profile laser cuts them: with mitre, saddle cut, shell cut-outs and notches. Isovio checks whether your machine can cut the part, plans the bars and packs everything for production.
What it does
- Cuts on the tube mitre, saddle cut, shell cut-outs and notches on tubes and profiles.
- Trim in the assembly trim tubes and profiles against each other right in the assembly.
- Shell development the developed tube shell as DXF.
- Feasible on your machine tube laser machine library with a feasibility check: does the part fit the machine?
- Bar plan and time bar plan with offcut and a time estimate.
- Export package STEP, DXF, parts list and the bar plan as a PDF in one package.
