For models from another CAD system or from a customer: the automatic mode reads STEP files or whole folders, recognises sheet metal, milled and turned parts and sets up the workshop drawing by itself. You check, save them all as Isovio drawings and finish in the editor whatever needs a look. Part of the Isovio Draw licence.
Whole folders at once
Drag in STEP files or folders. Isovio draws in parallel and shows every part as a card, with the status «check» or «ready». «Save all» puts each drawing as an Isovio drawing (.fdw) next to its model. PDF is an export.

Sheet metal parts with everything the press brake needs
Isovio recognises flanges, bends and sheet thickness. The flat pattern is calculated to DIN 6935 with the K-factor from your house table.

- Bend table with sequence, inside angle, radius and K
- Holes in a flange dimensioned in the flat pattern from the outer edges
Turned parts with sections, undercuts and fits
Shafts are drawn lying down, shoulders dimensioned as a chain, keyways in the cross-section, undercuts to DIN 509.
- Long parts shown as interrupted views (ISO 128-30) instead of scaled down
- Threads recognised and drawn to ISO 6410
- Fits to ISO 286 with a click, with a fit table

From twelve holes on, Isovio switches to coordinate dimensioning: equal holes as a group, each with its tag, X and Y in the table.
