Visiting the website

The web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier) to deliver the page and protect it from misuse. The server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. There are no analytics or tracking services; fonts and images are served from our own server.

Account and customer area

For an account we store e-mail address, name, company and a check value of the password (never the password itself), plus your licence and the activated PCs (computer name, an anonymous machine id, last contact). A cookie keeps you signed in; it is technically necessary and not used for advertising.

Sign-in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your e-mail address, name and an identifier from Google. Google's privacy policy applies in addition.

Payment with Stripe

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card details go directly to Stripe; we only receive the amount, status and your e-mail address. Stripe's privacy policy applies in addition.

Contact form and e-mail

We store your message to answer it and forward it to us by e-mail.

The Isovio app

Isovio processes your models only on your PC. When signing in and once a week the app sends e-mail, machine id, computer name and app version to the licence server – no model data.

Your rights

You may request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted at any time. We delete an account on request by e-mail.
