Assembly costing: the guide price for the whole
From the assembly in Isovio Design the module calculates a guide price: material and bar plan, fabrication, standard parts, logistics and assembly, with the key figures from the model.
What it does
- Cost whole assemblies material, sawing, drilling, threads, laser, bending, standard parts, surface, transport and assembly.
- Key figures from the model weight, parts, standard parts, bolted joints, bars, workshop and assembly hours.
- Clear tabs overview, material & bar plan, fabrication, standard parts, logistics & assembly and the assumptions.
- Output saw list, CSV and the costing as a PDF.
- Your master data rates and assumptions are set in the settings.

For steel and metal construction, frames and fixtures: anyone who quotes assemblies and wants to know early where the costs are.
