Costing & DFM: what does it cost, does it work?
While you design, the guide price per piece is shown at the bottom, and Isovio checks the sheet metal part for manufacturability, with a suggestion for every finding.
What it does
- Guide price per piece from material, laser, bend sequence and setup according to your machine profile, with a breakdown and batch size, live in the status bar.
- Manufacturability live hole too close to the bend, flange too short for the die, hole smaller than the sheet thickness or too close to the edge, slot too narrow: marked in 3D, with distance, reason and suggestion.
- Manufacturing check (DFM) also as a command of its own, for a finished part in one click.
- Your rules switch the check while designing on or off, the limits in the settings.
